1. Forgetting to change filters on time
A common mistake is skipping filter maintenance. Dirty filters reduce flow and directly affect water quality.Solution: check filter status weekly and replace the pre-filter bag as soon as flow noticeably decreases.
2. Improper dosing of excipients
Too much or too little antifoam or V-Floc affects the separation process. This leads to cloudy water or excessive foaming.Solution: Measure the dosage with a fixed routine and preferably use our dosage calculator.
3. Lack of regular flushing of the system.
If the system is left idle for long periods, solids accumulate.Solution: Flush the system completely every 2 weeks. This prevents clogging and extends the life of the pump. Watch video: Flushing the system in 3 minutes

4. No periodic checking of sensors or readings
In older installations, sensors sometimes become unbalanced.Solution: Calibrate your measuring equipment quarterly and log the values in a maintenance report.
5. No clear maintenance manager
Often maintenance is shared between different employees, leaving tasks unfinished.Solution: Assign one person responsible for the installation and have this person undergo training at Trivececo.
