With Trivec Eco solutions, you process paint rinse water with minimal environmental impact. Our process is simple and effective.

The principle of rinse water purification

Collect wastewater in the sink

Turn on the mixing motors and add about 1 gram of flocculant per liter of wastewater

The flocculant separates the solid paint residues from the water

The mixture of clear water and sludge is then drained through the filter basket, where the sludge remains

The clear water can now be disposed of or stored for reuse (water recycling optional)

Van Vuuren Deuren needed more capacity

Van Vuuren Deuren produces high-quality doors where waste water is released daily in the gluing line. Increasing volumes of rinse water created a need to expand the existing waste water processing system. To ensure continuity and to set up the process in a more user-friendly and efficient way, Trivec was called in for a suitable custom solution.

An efficient and safe solution for RAI Amsterdam

RAI Amsterdam, international event venue, was looking for an efficient and safe solution for cleaning painting tools and processing released wastewater during set-up and take-down periods. To test the feasibility of various set-up options, it was decided to conduct a hands-on pilot together with Trivec B.V.

Growing BWI department: Dockinga College chooses larger rinse water plant

Dockinga College in Dokkum provides the Construction, Living & Interior (BWI) course. During the lessons, many brushes and mini rollers are used daily. Proper cleaning of tools and responsible processing of rinse water are therefore important. However, the existing rinse water installation with a capacity of 50 liters became too small due to the growth in the number of students. Dockinga College asked Trivec to help think of a solution that would better suit current practice and future growth.
