Brush Cleaner

Clean brushes, brushes and mini-rollers easily and quickly with Trivec’s Brush Cleaner. This compact cleaning tool rinses paint tools clean through one directed spray nozzle. As standard, the Brush Cleaner operates at 3 bar line pressure, making it ideal as an additional wash point on the Trivec rinse water system. For more intensive use, there is a 20 bar version in combination with the Aquapower high-pressure pump, for an even more efficient cleaning process with less water consumption.

Clean sewer

Clean processing of rinse water is essential to prevent sewer contamination. The Brush Cleaner works in conjunction with a Trivec rinse water system, which collects and processes the contaminated water directly. This keeps the sewer system clean and minimizes environmental pollution.

Avoid fines

Improperly disposed of rinse water can lead to high fines from municipalities and water boards. By using Brush Cleaner in combination with a Trivec rinse water system, you comply with applicable environmental regulations. The system prevents paint residue from entering the sewer system and helps you comply with legal requirements.

cost savings

The Brush Cleaner significantly reduces water consumption, especially in the 20 bar high-pressure version. In addition, the thorough cleaning process extends the life of brushes and rollers. Combined with the rinse water system, you save on water disposal, maintenance and replacement costs.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our installations, use and maintenance. So you know exactly what to expect before you get started.

How often should I change the water in my rinse water system?
In a rinse water plant, the water is not continuously replaced, but separated into clear water and sludge during each rinse. The purified water can be disposed of or reused for cleaning tools. How often you completely change the water depends on the use and degree of contamination.

During the cleaning process, a coagulant is added to the rinse water. This causes paint particles to clump together to form flakes. These flakes settle and remain in the filter basket as sludge, while the clear water is filtered and discharged or reused.
Maintenance of a rinse water plant is limited. In practice, this consists mainly of removing the dried sludge from the filter basket, checking the installation and topping up the coagulant in time. In normal operation, this is a simple and quick operation.
Rinse water systems are used in workshops where water-based paint, varnish, glue or ink is handled. Think of painting companies, paint shops, interior builders, educational institutions and other workshops where tools are regularly cleaned.
